This workshop is designed to help you cultivate balance, harmony, and wellness in your mind, body, and spirit. You'll embark on a three-day journey exploring the art of Tai Chi, integrating mindfulness meditation, small group exercises, and personalized guidance to deepen your practice.

Day 1

  • Tai Chi Flow for Balance
  • ​Tai Chi 8 Form - History - Philosophy - Basic Stances
  • ​Tai Chi and Qigong Flow
  • ​Opening the Door - Repulsing the Monkey
  • ​​ Mindfulness Meditation - Worksheets - Small Groups

Day 2

  • Tai Chi and Yoga Flow for Flexibility
  • ​8 Form Sequence - Brush Knee and Push - Parting Wild Horse’s Mane
  • ​Tai Chi and Qigong Flow 
  • ​Push Hands Overview and Practice
  • ​8 Form Sequence - Wave Hands Like Clouds
  • ​​​ Mindfulness Meditation - Worksheets - Small Groups

Day 3

  • Tai Chi Flow for Balance and Harmony
  • 8 Form Sequence - Rooster - Heel Kick
  • Push Hands Principles and Practice
  • ​Tai Chi for Strength
  • ​8 Form Sequence - Grasping the Bird’s Tail - Cross Hands and Close
  • ​Mindfulness Meditation - Worksheets - Small Groups
  • ​Celebration!

Hi! My name is Dr. Adam Potts and I'm the "Tai Chi PT." I've helped thousands of people recover from injury and learn tai chi the fun and easy way. Now you can learn tai chi and get certified... even if you're a beginner! Here's a list of some of my credentials...
