  • Intermediate to Advanced Tai Chi Flow: We'll pick up where we left off in "Deepen Your Flow" with Intermediate-level sequences to help you feel confident and connected
  • Mindfulness Progression: Then we'll gradually layer in new, more challenging movements as your strength, balance, and coordination grow
  • Advanced Tai Chi Flow Walking: We'll explore more advanced flow walking combinations that challenge your coordination, balance, and presence moving from intermediate toward advanced skill
  • Key Principles: Along the way, we'll dive into the deeper layers of Tai Chi, including the 10 Essentials of Tai Chi, offering a roadmap for refining posture, energy, and intention.
  • Community & Connection: Each class offers mindful progression, skill refinement, and a chance to embody the harmony of softness and strength within a supportive community

  • LIVE zoom classes every Tuesday at 3pm Eastern Time (ET) US with Adam Potts and Thursday at 11am ET with Tracy Murtha
  • Each session is 1 hour

Is this Traditional Tai Chi?

Although we follow Traditional Tai Chi principles, this course is considered "Flow-style" Tai Chi based on Yang-style Tai Chi, Chen-style Tai Chi, and Shaolin Qigong.
