  • All-levels Tai Chi Flow: We'll begin with beginner-friendly sequences to help you feel confident and connected
  • Mindfulness Progression: Then we'll gradually layer in new, more challenging movements as your strength, balance, and coordination grow
  • Tai Chi Flow Walking: As we progress, you'll learn how to flow forward and backward through space—bringing in the feeling of a traditional Tai Chi form while moving from beginner toward intermediate skill
  • Key Principles: Along the way, we'll explore key principles that bring depth and power to your practice—Tai Chi posture, the 5 Bows, 6 Stepping Patterns, and 5 Hand Positions in Tai Chi
  • Community & Connection: Each class offers mindful progression, skill refinement, and a chance to embody the harmony of softness and strength within a supportive community

Here's the Course Format...

  • 8-week course starting on February 17, 2026
  • LIVE zoom classes every Tuesday at 3pm Eastern Time (ET) US with Adam Potts and Thursday at 11am ET with Tracy Murtha
  • Each session is 1 hour
  • Enjoy unlimited access to all class recordings, allowing you to learn and revisit lessons at your own pace

 I'm a beginner. Can I still take this course?

Absolutely! This Program is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or have some experience, this program provides step-by-step guidance to help you build a strong foundation. You'll learn essential movements, philosophy, and principles at a comfortable pace, allowing you to progress with confidence.

When does the course start and finish?

Enrollment opens on February 4, 2026. The first live session will be on February 17, 2026. You'll get lifetime access to all the recordings so that you can review as many times as you like. Join today!

I have a shoulder limitation and can't reach up that far. Is this program ok for me to do?

Yes! Having limitations is human and will likely get better with the program. However, always consult with your primary healthcare provider before starting an exercise program.

Will I get enough support?
